Meal: Chopped vegetables with baked tofu, stewed in coconut milk and curry.

On the side : Basmati rice, garnished with fried green onion leaves.

Meal type: Delivered fresh and cold.

Preparation: Partially open the meal in the corner, in order to take out the salad, Rocca and Parmesan. Heat up the meal in the microwave for 5 minutes. You can also use your own preferred method of heating food. 

Plate up nicely, add the salad and garnishes and enjoy!

Storage: If refrigerated, good for up to three days max
